AZELOGLICINA® Potassium Azelaoyl Diglycinate
Use in hydrophilic systems, it is recommended for oily, seborrheic and impure skin, and against melaninic spots. It represents a valid alternative to Kojic Acid Dipalmitate.
Activity:
Sebum normalizing: regulates sebum and aids in the prevention of hair loss.
Skin lightening: in formulations for lightening dark skin or for skin pigmented melaninic spots.
Hydrating & elasticizing: in formulations for dehydrated skin.
Anti-inflammatory & anti-ageing activity: Azeleic Acid inhibits the effect of oxygen on biological systems, it prevents the formation of free radicals.
SERICINA® Sericin (Silk protein)
Sericin has a high affinity with structural proteins of the skin and hair, such as Keratin. It is recommended for moisturising, anti-wrinkle, functional anti-oxidant and skin whitening products.

Hydrating & elasticizing: in formulations for dehydrated skin.
Barrier effect: provides the skin with a protective film.
Anti wrinkle: decreases the number of micro-wrinkles by indirect moisturisation due to a reduction in TEWL.
TIOLISINA COMPLEX 30® Lysine Carboxymethyl Cysteinate, Lysine Thiazolidine Carboxylate
The sebostatic functionality, typical for the organic sulphur bond with amino acids, is obtained by normalizing the spread of sebum on skin and hair. It is recommended for acne, anti-dandruff and nail treatment products.
Activity:
Rebalancing: in formulations for seborrheic and pre-acne skin as well as anti-dandruff products.
Sebum normalizing: regulates sebum.
Reinforcing: treats and reinforces dry brittle nails.
RESASSOL® DGL Diglycerin, Glucose
Hydrating complex for long term hydration. Does not leave a sticky feeling on the skin and does not draw moisture from the deeper layers of the skin, unlike Glycerol. Synergies are observed with Lactates and Glycerol. It is recommended for hydrating, sun tan, extreme weather and anti-aging creams, lotions and (clear) gels and all products containing Glycerol.
Activity:
Long term hydration: hydrating is observed over a longer period unlike the immediate effect of Glycerol.
Anti aging: increases the cutaneous hydration and the elasticity of the skin.
TYROSTAN® Potassium Caproyl Tyrosine
TYROSINOL CAPROYL TYROSINIC ACID, SORBITAN ISOSTEARATE, GLYCERYL OLEATE
Use in activator sun products, day creams and after sun products.
Activity:
Tanning activator: prepares the skin before sun exposure by increasing melanogenesis.
Tanning intensity: protects the skin during exposure and intensifies the sun tan through melanogenesis.
Tanning duration: maintains the sun tan after exposure.
Mild antioxidant: in formulations to bind unstable molecules.

A complete active ingredient particularly suitable when moisturising and humidifying properties are required in dermatological and trichological preparations. It is recommended for hair-, scalp- and skin treatment products.

Hair: hardens the corneocites and repairs the keratinic structure of the hair without irritating.

MEADOWLACTONE® Meadowfoam -lactone
A bio-active system that is an amphoteric compound that can isomerise into water soluble and oil soluble formsas a function of pH. It is recommended in protective and anti-aging products.

Restoring: restores the hydrophilic / lipophilic balance.
Anti aging: improves the tone and texture of the skin.
Protective: mitigates the damage done by extreme changing circumstances (e.g. pH).
